MOTOMATIC is only associated with Authorized service centers. So that there is NO compromise on quality.

Registration of Car:

  •  How to register on MOTOMATIC?

Follow easy steps and get going by entering your details or simply sign in through your Google or FB account.

  •  How many cars can I register on the app? 

There is no cap on registering cars on the app.

  •  How many times can I avail FREE pick up and drop Service?

FREE Pick up and drop Service can be availed maximum twice in a year, It also depends on the availability from the respective dealerships.

Book My Service:

  •  How can I book my Car Service appointment?

You have to just register your car on the app and choose from a list of authorized dealers that we have tied up with, you would get the list based on your current location.

  •  What if my preferred dealer is not available on MOTOMATIC?

You can only access the dealers that MOTOMATIC has tied up with, but we would be happy to know if you have a specific requirement of your preferred dealer, we will let them know and get them onboard.

  •  I have an issue with the quality my last service? Whom do I connect with?

MOTOMATIC is a dealership aggregator platform and is not directly involved with any service related process executed at any workshop. Nevertheless, we would be happy to escalate your concern to the Service Centre; you may connect with us at our toll free number 1800-212-2801 or write to us at our Email ID: info@moto-matic.com

  •  Where can I see my past service bookings?

You can view the past bookings in our Book my Service Past Service history section in the navigation menu.

Road Side Assistance:

  • What is RSA (Road Side Assistance)?

RSA is a feature in our app that helps you in case your vehicle breaks down.

  • How can I avail FREE RSA from my car?

You just have to register your car on the app (applicable only for the first car you register). You are entitled for FREE RSA subject to completing a successful Service Booking via the MOTOMATIC app only.

  • What does my RSA plan include?

Your RSA plan includes

* Flatbed towing, (not applicable for FREE RSA plan)

* Flat Battery assistance,

* Fuel Issue (ran out of fuel),

* On site Assistance,

* Lost key assistance.

  • How can I purchase a new RSA plan?

We have listed plans as per your convenience and requirements.

  • In case of breakdown, how can I avail RSA service?

You just need to download our app, register your car and avail FREE RSA.

Pay via App:

  • How can I make payment for my service?

You have to follow few easy steps, enter your Credit/Debit card credentials and make payment through a reliable payment gateway.

  • What payments modes are available on the app?

You can pay via Debit/Credit card/Net Banking only.

  •  I have made an incorrect payment? Whom do I connect with?

Pick up and drop:

  1. Is it safe to send my car via MOTOMATIC drivers?

Our drivers are professional trained and can drive manual, automatic & premium cars and are sourced directly from respective dealers (If applicable).

You have the option to do it on the app in the profile section.

2. What if Road Side Assistance agency does not show up?
